My first wedding of 2024 started out with a high of 8 degrees. BRRRRR. It was a stunning, magical winter wonderland of a wedding in Viola, WI.
Janie + Erik tied the knot in the most beautiful naturally lit church I've seen, and braved the freezing temps with a smile on their faces. Huge shout out to the bridal party for also freezing for the sake of some stunning photos.
Janie let me know she loves black and white photos, so I swear half her gallery is black and white. I would never complain with that, as black and whites are my personal favorites as well. They encouraged our creative freedom and said yes to all our ideas, and what a pleasure to photograph a wedding with just the expectation of truly capturing the moments.
2024 is off to a great start.
